Easy to order

No problem with ordering, everything simple and easy to work out. Payment easy, and cream is wonderful.

I’ve been using the cream for a while now and I really like it and it’s reasonably priced too. My skin definitely feels tighter at the top of my legs and thighs. I used the skin tight serum, as it’s out of stock I’ve been using the shrink to fit and I like them both.

Chloe the Agent was amazing. You can tell the whole team is fantastic. Made me more confident in placing an order.

Rushed to to give a bad review, when in fact the company hasn’t done anything wrong as they did ship the products on time but Evri failed to deliver it. And although it is inconvenient as I needed the products last week, I’m impressed how fast Mama Mio replied and how quick they dealt with my complain. Will get back with another review after I’ve tried the products.
Can’t say how the products are, but I ordered on Sunday 18/12 with next day delivery as needed for Christmas present and never delivered, so perhaps consider changing the delivery provider as they’re clearly not reliable. Now the order is not needed but it will probably come somewhere after Christmas. It’s been 6 days delayed.

Had a problem with one item of cream, contacted company on Chat and spoke to Shiona who sorted it out in less than 5 minutes. Very impressed. Creams obviously great too!

Decided to order the yoga bath soak after listening to a pod cast, big mistake. This bath soak is nothing like I expected, you can hardly tell it’s in the water, yes it smells lovely but that’s about it. Having contacted customer service to explain my dissatisfaction,I now realise the company are not interested in hearing negative comments, buyer beware as no refund available for watery contents!!

Order number 422953453 has still not arrived and yet it has been nearly two weeks. Customer service is appalling, they just send the same copied and pasted response. Telephone line does not connect and live chat is disabled. I have requested a refund on several occasions as I have not received my item and yet I was asked to print and HAND WRITE a form. I do not have a printer and it’s not my responsibility to ensure that I am doing these checks, I am a customer and have paid for an item that I have not received. I just want a refund and I will take my custom elsewhere.

Fantastic pregnancy products. Used the tummy rub butter & oil throughout my pregnancy and didn’t get any stretch marks! Helped with itching & a lovely way to bond with my bump. Emailed with a query about my delivery once and the customer service team were really helpful. Would recommend their pregnancy range to anyone who is expecting!

Trying to get information regarding their maternity products from customer service is like pulling hen's teeth. After several exchanges I am still none the wiser regarding what is safe for the first trimester, and indeed if any of the products are safe during pregnancy at all. One reply was to 'consult my local doctor or medial expert'. I presume they meant medical; regardless it's very worrying that they weren't able to provide information regarding safety and why.
All other companies I've made similar enquiries to were, as expected, able to confirm the above without any trouble.

Love this product, I'm on my 2nd bottle . Gutted the 100ml is out of stock and I've had to buy 2 30ml bottles so costing me more . But l dont want to break my cycle of using it every evening before bed so hopefully the 100ml will be bCk in stock soon. I've recommended this to many of my friends . There's a definite improvement of less cellulite on my thighs!

After receiving an email with an offer, couldn’t get it to go through all weekend, spent over an hour on chat to try and sort it out to be told as a good will gesture the offer would be honoured and would I accept a £5 credit on account ! I want the offer you sent me not a good will gesture! Finally told to place order and then go back on chat to arrange refund, so did that and hopefully receive refund !! Been a mio customer for years and been quite a disappointing experience !

Loved the option for relaxed delivery - great idea if the delivery isn’t needed immediately. Item came well-packaged and arrived a lot sooner than expected. Good range of items for gifts or for yourself. The body brush is of really good quality and can feel it working from first use! Would highly recommend.

Love the products and esp the pregnancy gift sets. My feedback would be that I wish there was an option to select to deliver as a gift - giving option to hide price and Keane a note of who product is from. Bought a set for pregnant colleague at work who we can’t see due to working from home/COVID restrictions. Now it’s sent without a note and the price included. Such a shame.

Absolutely fantastic. I’ve been using the mama mio tummy rub oil twice a day since my first trimester and I’ve had no signs of stretch marks at all! Plus it smells delicious. The common issues lots of other pregnant women often suffer with like skin itchiness or a tight feeling haven’t been an issue at all. I can’t recommend mama mio products enough.
